| ...Steel hulls are sturdy and our equipment complies with U.S. Coast Guard requirements. Your locker includes navigation maps and operating instructions. After a briefing at dockside, a staff member takes you on a trial run to show you how easy it is to pilot, dock and beach the boat. |

| Our home port is Alma, Wisconsin, a bustling, friendly town on the banks of "Ole Miss", on State Hwy. 35. It's a little over 300 miles Northwest of Chicago, 60 miles north of La Crosse, Wisconsin, and 90 miles south of the Twin Cities. |
| Our marina is a mile north of Alma on Beach Harbor Road (The first road left above business district). |

| All our houseboats have pullout double couches and dinette-berth combination sleeping units in the front compartments. |

| * The six-sleeper Belles have an upper and lower bunk in the rear compartments. |
| * The eight-sleeper Safari has an upper and lower bunk in the middle compartment plus a double bed in the rear cabin. |
| * Eight-sleeper Cruise-Liners are equipped with two upper ond two lower bunks in the rear compartment. |
| * Twelve sleeper Skipper-Liners are equipped with 2 upper and 2 lower double bunks, pull out double couch and two single bunks. |

| ...While cruising in a beautiful Federal Wildlife Refuge with no phones or deadlines. Stretch out on the sun deck for a snooze in the sun. Or how about a day of action? Fish... Take a small boat and explore the sprawling backwaters filled with giant lotus lilies... Beach your houseboat on one of hundreds of islands with clean sandy shorelines... Take a refreshing swim... "Lock through" a dam and see what lies beyond the next bend (if you don't care to "lock through", there's 43 miles of river to the next lock and dam upstream)... Capture the scenic wonderland on film... hunt for rare rocks or decorative driftwood... Then, after a fresh fish dinner, doze off to the soft sounds of nature at night. That's livin'! |

| Here is a recommended list of items to bring along, or if you prefer, you may buy them locally. Sunglasses, suntan lotion, insect repellent, life jackets for children (We furnish adult and child life preservers for emergency use only. They must not be used for seat cushions or swimming devices. We recommend you bring your own for these purposes), flashlight with batteries, reading material, games, fishing tackle, camera, beach toys, ice chest, first aid kits, portable radio for weather reports and binoculars. |
| CLOTHES: Bring shorts, trousers, sneakers, shoes, socks, personal items, rain gear, swim suit, cap or hat. Don't bring too much (there is limited storage aboard), but include enough so you have warm clothes for cool evenings. And you can even bring your pet if you'd like. |
